Honestly really happy with the service. I was a little behind on cleaning and needed some help getting everything back together. They were on time, easy to communicate with, and did a really good job. My place felt so much better after. I’ll definitely be reaching out again.

my very first experience with them and I was supposed to have gotten a deep clean but I came in to find my beds still unmade and some dirtyness. I don't really like to complain I really don't but I feel like I could have done this all myself. unfortunately I will not be using this company again
Details: 2 bedrooms • 1 bathroom • Deep cleaning • Pets in home • Just once
Big Sweep Cleaning Services's reply
Sadie, we respectfully disagree with the impression your review gives of the service provided.
The property presented significant challenges beyond a typical deep cleaning, including a roach infestation and substantial pet-waste buildup pressed into the hardwood flooring. Despite these additional conditions, Big Sweep Cleaning Services made accommodations, applied a 30% discount to the infestation-related charge, and did not charge for interior window cleaning or an additional pet fee.
Regarding the beds, bed-making is not automatically included in every deep-cleaning package. Services must be evaluated according to the agreed scope, and additional tasks need to be clearly established.
We take customer feedback seriously, but we also believe fairness requires considering the property's condition, the services agreed upon, and the accommodations made throughout the job.
Big Sweep Cleaning Services stands behind its commitment to transparent pricing, clearly defined services, and professional work. We welcome constructive feedback, and we stand by the importance of evaluating the full context—not simply the final impression.
