"At Herman's Handy Service, we prioritize quality, but a professional finish requires the client to provide the materials requested. You were advised that 2 gallons per room were necessary for full coverage; providing only 1 gallon and then a quart creates the very technical issues you mentioned. Regarding the timeline, we communicated clearly that we were delayed by a rare Georgia snow/black ice warning for safety—standard professional conduct. We arrived fully equipped with tarps, tape, and professional gear. Your husband walked the rooms and approved the work, yet you terminated the project before the scheduled final walkthrough and touch-ups could occur. Furthermore, we were instructed by you to leave the supplies on-site and return Thursday, only to be told the next morning not to return. It is disappointing to receive a 1-star review after being denied the opportunity to perform a final walkthrough and, more importantly, after you refused to pay the remaining $500 balance for the labor provided."
