- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know and understand that all pricing isn't final until the "We" Pros come and physically look at the job at hand.. At least for my customers I want you all to know so there is no misunderstanding. and as far as discounts and fees.. There are no fees and you always get a discount that's why it's "THE HOOK-UP"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most important, Communication Timely Understanding Professional Courtesy AND....... " THE HOOK-UP"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only education and training I have is, Experience. And each day gives me more and more.
