Each time I experienced KBH Fit my cardio and stamina improved. We did various exercises from jumping jacks( with jabs to coincide) to Planking and duck walking! I felt better and woke up muscles I haven't used in years. The session made me want to come back for more cause I felt results already and knew that a steady regiment would improve my health and my physique. Katrina is an excellent trainer and I would recommend her to anyone trying to improve their health or just drop pounds. She makes you feel like Family and in turn you don't feel singled out or looked at with stares! I can't see anything she needs to improve on at this moment.... if it's not broke don't fix it!

My experience with Ms. Hill, as a professional and personal trainer has been EXCELLENT. She knows how much you can take, and how much you can do. She is a EXCELLENT coach, whats so impressing with Ms. Hill, she never, never, never let you give up on yourself. To: My Best Author, keep doing what you do. Your Are Thee Best. Love Always Chambers. Mrs. Hill is a true motivator! She pushes you to limits you didn't realize that you had. Even online through her words, she inspires, encourages, and motivates you to want the BEST for your body, mind, and soul! Always helpful with tips and advice for EVERYONE, not just those who train with her! My first time taking an aerobics class was with her and it was one of my best workouts ever...she doesn't take "I can'ts"....she pushes you to "I did"! Did I mention that she's a great author as well?

I started working out with Katrina Butler Hill in 2011 despite a disease diagnosis and a movement disorder. Her training was rough, vigorous and no short walk in the park. My disease went into remission and my balanced increased. I suffered a set back, but have not stepped back from the things she taught me. I still follow her advice and I openly cheerlead her. She is not a trainer, she is a Life Success Coach. I would recommend her everytime.
