The tasks in property 1: prepared, installed and painted 7 inside slab doors; patched and drywalled multiple walls; painted throughout 1st floor; installed baseboards & attached shoe molding as necessary. On property 2: replaced 5x6’ area of damaged laminate flooring in 1 room; installed new laminate floor 9x12 bathroom; installed new shower door; drywalled a 4x5’ area in laundry room. Dave H. says, "I would definitely use him again. He successfully replaced an Ethernet cable run from my family room to my office, which went through the basement and spanned about 80 feet. I needed to replace a failed Cat 5 cable and requested that he to install a Cat 8 cable instead. I was "future-proofing" my cable run. It took him three trips to get it working, and I was very impressed with his perseverance. This was his first residential Cat 8 cable run, and he had to work out a few bugs, but he stuck with it and succeeded in the end. Despite needing additional cable and different terminations, the price I was charged never changed. He is honest and committed to completing a job successfully.
