Oustandting work! I had a few shingles repaired/replaced after a few days of high winds. I contacted Carlos and he was extremely responsiveness. That same week, I received a quote and the work was completed. My time is valuable, and Carlos arrived on time and finished the job efficiently. Wow - what a truly awesome customer experience! Carlos was super responsive and even arrived early! In addition to being knowledgeable and thorough - Carlos was kind enough to put on a makeshift patch for the hole in my roof just as the rain started pouring down. While I haven’t received the quote yet (he just left) I will definitely be doing my roof repair with Hope Roofing! That kind of care and generosity is hard to find!! Thank you :)

Hope state came out for and estimate and determined my roof was fine. Even though no work was done, he said no service fee was required. I offered to pay for his time and he declined, saying it was a free estimate. He also does siding work, so I'm having him come back to do that. Extremely professional.
