- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing is specific to each client. We've learned that there is no "one size fits all" in property maintenance. We like to meet with you, listen to your needs and develop a budget that works for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond to each request for quote on the day we receive it and schedule a time to view the property and meet with our potential customer when it is convenient for them. We are available Monday - Saturday and often meet with clients in the evening if they prefer it. Once we have the scope of work provided by the customer we promptly review the pricing options with them and schedule the work ASAP.
