Danny came by our house within 24 hours to give a free quote on a rodent issue in our attic. He allowed me to go up with him as he showed me each of the problem areas as well as walked the perimeter of our house looking into the gutters. His honesty and suggestions were very welcomed and his expertise was exactly what we needed. I’d say I’m very comfortable doing projects around the house and upkeep, but this truly was a job that was best handled by a professional. All around, Danny is exactly that. For projects bigger than I can handle Danny will be getting a call for sure!

Overall a fantastic job! I had some bats show up in my attic and there was no way I could have been able to get them out myself. It was easy and quick to schedule an appoint and someone was able to swing by my house the next day safely remove the bats. Very friendly and did quality work. I’m definitely going use Another Problem Solved for other jobs in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are free. We have coupon right now for $79 for 2 weeks worth of trapping and removal of target rodent. Any exclusion services recommended will come with a 2 year worry-free warranty. Photos before and after are taken and sent your email or phone, for your records and reassurance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very through inspection of the outside of property to locate all current and potential rodent entry points, then very through inspection inside of the home including attics, basements/crawlspaces, etc. Don't worry about getting dirty and/or full insulation, I'll do that for you! Photos will be taken so you can see the evidence for yourself. Same day estimates are written with job start date the same if estimate excepted!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 1/2 Years of chasing rodents all over the country. I was a travelling manager Rat Patrol of Illinois, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Colorado and New York, for years. I started Another Problem Solved, LLC not only to provide honest reliable Wildlife Removal Services at an affordable price, I look to become Atlanta’s GoTo for all your home services.
