We needed to get the house back into shape as, with multiple work schedules, it was nearly impossible to regularly keep up with cleaning needs. They were extremely quick to respond and schedule the cleaning, and I was very impressed with the work that was done. Items that I didn't even think would be included or touched were thoroughly cleaned, and the house was spotless when they were done. Highly recommend them, and we will be using them again.

The Cleaning Universe did everything I asked them to do, and the results were excellent. This deep clean was in preparation for selling, so the townhouse had to shine from top to bottom everywhere - and it did! I would absolutely recommend them and use their service again.

Mario responded immediately to my request. His team was exceptional and they were able to fit me in quickly. They managed to find places to clean that I never even considered such as tops of closet shelves, fans and light fixtures. They went above and beyond to get the job done.
