I've been working out with Gartrell for just over one year. I have been able to acheive goals I had begun to believe were not possible for me with his help. I receive assistance not only with the fitness aspect of weight loss but also nutrition. The two components go hand in hand in order to be successful at weight loss. They are very knowledgable in the personal training arena. They do an excellent job in motivating you to reach goals that you have for yourself, and also helping you reach heights that you never thought possible. Total Fitness Control has a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Very encouraging staff!
