Xuhai arrived on time ready to work. He was very professional & focused. He performed a walk through to assess my needs, explained the services that would be provided and did not try to upsell me even though my carpets definitely had some issues. His price was much better than the better known companies I’ve used and I can say with confidence his work was much more thorough and the results were Much better.

Service was absolutely amazing! The gentleman who came to my house to clean my carpets was very knowledgeable and really helped me make the right decision on what service to choose. Oxi Fresh, was on time. After looking and studying each floor, I was informed that some of the stains may not come out. He explained the reason why and that He would do his best. 3 rooms were cleaned and I am mostly happy with the way everything turned out. I would definitely recommend and use Oxi Fresh again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Oxifresh cleaning process is a low-moisture, eco friendly method that stands out from traditional steam cleaning.
First we will walk through with customer about all the concerns and give some suggestions, sign the working order then we will begins with a pretreatment using a green cleaning solution that breaks down dirt and stains.
Next, an oxygenated solution is applied to further lift and encapsulate dirt, extracted by using a specialized machine with counter-rotating brushes.
Next, special treatment for gum, wine stain, pet stain and food grease.
If necessory we will repeat the cleaning process, for high traffic area, we use our sandwich cleaning method.
Next clean furniture, sofa or upholstery
Finally is vacuuming
Unlike steam cleaning, Oxi Fresh uses 95% less water, typically dry in one hour. This method is not only efficient but also safe for pets and childrean and helps prevent mold growth.

All the employees had been trained in Denvor (headquarter)over one week about wide range of text sources, industry practices, company construction and general carpet cleaning techniques. Everything about carpet material, fabric and woven technique.
