- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To all the customers looking to hire a Dedicated Electrician here on Thumbtack. Talk to the pros because we all have different methods of charging for our services. I don’t charge by the Hour. I charge a flat rate. No Varying by the Hour. I don’t come and see the problem and pretend as if it’s more work than it really is nope 👎 Not my style. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I alway ask all new customer to speak to them. So I can know exactly what is the nature of the work. So that I can provide the customer with an accurate quote. It is within all fairness to the customer and myself... most of the information in the Request on Thumbtack don’t have enough information. So that’s why I ask to speak to the customer so that I can arrange to go and see the actual Work. That way Everything will be on point. All materials and Fees. Dexworks Repairs and Services...
