FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you work with us, you're hiring a personal CFO for your household. Our annual flat fee includes comprehensive financial planning, proactive tax filing and strategy, and hands-on investment management—all under one roof. We specialize in working with high-income professionals, especially those with equity compensation, real estate, business ownership, or other complex planning needs. Our typical client has household income and/or assets greater than $300,000. Fees start at $8,500 per year and increase based on the complexity of your financial situation. We do not bill hourly or by the project—this is a long-term, high-touch relationship designed to help you make confident, strategic decisions across your entire financial life.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work best with high-income individuals and families looking for a long-term, expert-led relationship. If you're looking for a one-time plan or hourly advice, we're not the right fit. Here’s how our process works: Discovery Call – A short conversation to understand your goals, complexity, and whether we’re a fit. Engagement – If there’s alignment, we present a flat-fee proposal and sign agreements. Onboarding – We gather documents and set you up in our advanced financial planning software. Planning Kickoff – Our first deep-dive meeting to review your baseline, income streams, goals, and priorities. Tax Strategy & Projection – We prepare and review a custom tax projection with proactive recommendations. Ongoing Strategy – We hold semi-annual planning reviews and manage your investments throughout the year. Tax Filing Included – We prepare and file your tax returns in-house, with full coordination across your financial life. On-Call Support – You’ll have unlimited access to us as life changes—equity events, real estate, job transitions, you name it. This is a high-touch, all-inclusive service built for clients with income and/or assets over $300,000. Annual fees start at $8,500 and scale with complexity.
