Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I offer my clients a high-intensity cross training session that includes work with free weights, machines, cardio, boxing, TRX and much more. I specialize in both weight loss and weight gain for men and women with extra emphasis on abdominal work. I have worked with many different body types as well as many different fitness goals, so let's trim some fat, gain some muscle and get to work.

Jonathan started training me on average two times a week about a year ago. He established a reasonable meal plan for me, and helped me keep track with the meal plan and a regular fitness routine. He pushed me to achieve fitness goals that I didn't know I could do and I wouldn't have been able to push myself to those levels without his help! Out of the many trainers and fitness programs I've tried, I think Jonathan has helped me to see the best results and feel great while doing it! He improved as a trainer over time, which I think is great that he even pushed himself to learn and improve as well! If I hadn't moved away from Atlanta, I would still be going to him twice weekly or more!
