- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Transparent Flat Rates: I provide upfront pricing so you know the total cost before work begins — no hidden fees. Service Complexity: Prices may vary depending on wall type (drywall, brick, concrete), mount type (fixed, tilt, swivel), or additional tasks (concealing wires, drilling, running power). Travel & Setup: Local travel is included. Additional travel fees may apply for jobs outside my standard service area. Discounts: I offer bundle discounts if you book multiple installations at once (e.g., TV mount + security camera). Hardware & Materials: If extra hardware, wire concealment kits, or brackets are needed, these may add to the final price (always confirmed with you first). Warranty: All installations include a workmanship guarantee for peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation – I start by discussing your project needs, either by phone, text, or email. This includes understanding what equipment you have, the installation location, and any special requests (like concealing wires or mounting on brick). Upfront Quote – I provide a transparent price estimate based on your setup. This ensures there are no surprises before I begin. Scheduling – We agree on a convenient date and time. I arrive on time with the necessary tools and equipment to complete the job efficiently. Installation – I handle the full installation from start to finish, making sure everything is set up neatly, safely, and securely. Testing & Walkthrough – After installation, I test the system with you to confirm everything works properly (TV, cameras, doorbells, etc.). I also provide a quick walkthrough on how to use the equipment. Clean-Up & Final Check – I clean up the work area and make sure the setup looks professional before wrapping up. Follow-Up Support – I stand by my work. If you have any questions afterward, I’m just a call or message away.

Industry Certifications: I hold certifications including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), and Extron Certified Pro, which cover IT, networking, and professional AV system integration.
