Introduction: I consider hairdressing an art. As a Toni and Guy educated hairstylist, I have grown to understand the basic concepts of personalisation. What this means is that my clients can wear the hairstyle of their choice, because it has been personalised for them. I am not a cookie cutter hairdresser.
