- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All home visits have a $50.00 assessment fee. Which will be applied to the final job costs if job is completed by our company with 4% sales tax included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally the future customer contacts the company by phone, or email. At this time the customer explains to our company representatives what type of issues they are having. Depending on time of day, and location A time will be set for in home, or place of business assessment. Once assessment is made, customer will receive an estimate. Which will include pictures of damages, installation area, and etc. This will also include materials needed to complete the job with costs included. Estimate will be signed and dated by our company also. If customer is in agreement with the estimate, we will proceed to picking A date, and time to proceed with the job. While working it is our duty to keep a clean area and maintain it as such. We will alert you before working if we know we are going to cause excessive noise. Work will be completed in a timely manner, and area will be left clean when work is complete. An invoice will be presented to customer after everything is done. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended Interactve College of Technology for HVAC. (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning). NATE, and EPA Certified. Electrical & Plumbing (10 years' experience)
