- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have the customer send pictures of the requested work. Offer an estimate based on the pictures and our text thread about the request. Provide a scheduled appointment with an ETA.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've been a field service technician since 1987 when I started working for the Telephone Company. I've dealt with the Good the Bad & the Ugly people as customers. 9 out of 10, they're always right. As long as they're respectful.
