FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know one of the biggest concerns when hiring someone is not just the price, but whether the work will be done properly and whether unexpected costs will appear later. We first take the time to understand what is actually needed, then explain the options clearly so you can make an informed decision. Our goal is not to be the cheapest option; it is to help you avoid paying twice for work that was rushed, misdiagnosed, or only temporarily fixed. We focus on honest communication, quality work, and getting the problem resolved properly the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process simple. First, we listen carefully to what is happening and what concerns you most. Then we assess the situation, explain what we recommend in plain language, answer your questions, and agree on the next step before work begins. During the job, we keep you informed so you are never left wondering what is happening. Our goal is for you to feel confident from the first conversation to the moment the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience is built on hands-on knowledge, proper workmanship, continued learning, and years of solving real problems for customers. We take pride in understanding not only how to complete a job, but how to identify the cause of a problem and choose the right solution. Kurt has ten years of experience in the field of Water Mitigation and Mold Remediation and holds WRT and AMRT International Certifications. We believe trust is earned by being accurate, honest, and competent—not by making exaggerated claims.
