- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive and we will walk through the full remediation plan before beginning work. We offer 0% financing for customers who have a credit score of 680 or above and traditional financing for those with lower credit scores. Inspection fees are waived if work is performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk to you over the phone to get a sense of the damage you're dealing with. From there, we will come to your property, assess the damage and provide a scope of the remediation and advise on best way to proceed. We will then schedule the work, perform the work and send you any final photos requested and then send you an invoice electronically.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees are IICRC certified so that you can be confident that the damage in your home will be restored safely, efficiently and completely. ***NOTE*** we do not offer any type of mold testing.
