What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are as stated and will not change.
There is a fee for travel which begins at $25.
I charge a $10 deposit fee for all confirmed appointments.
There is a fee for cancellation the day of the appointment. $15
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would ask their name(s) and introduce my self and the service I offer. Set a time that would be convenient for both parties involved. I would meet with the customer and explain how I fit in as a notary to complete the document at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken the National Notary Association exam and course and received the certificated for the course they offer for the state of Georgia.
