When I went to visit my friend I notice that her building was always looking nice and she is always praising her management company, Tenant Science. I found out about the company and went to my Coop president to change our management company to Tenant Science. I took photos of her building and convinced other resident we should try Tenant Science. I must confess, they have never disappointed me. They have actually made me proud. My building looks awesome. The other residences are so happy that they keep thanking me for the change. Thank you.

I have been the president of my Coop for the past 5 years and frankly I have not met any other management company as good as Tenant Science. They are just awesome. They are always available when I need them. They are ready to work and help me with anything. They go the extra mile with a happy smile on. All other companies are just talk. The difference between Tenant Science and others I have used in the past is the great attention to details and how attentive they are. Their response rate is optimal.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our onboarding process is pretty seamless, we can usually do most of the work for you but there are certain accounts that you need to be involved in transferring. We will provide you with a checklist in your welcome package that will make it so that when the time comes you can just hand us the ball and watch us go.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been a commercial realtor and commercial property investor for 20 years. My team at Tenant Science is fully trained and capable.
