Sellers - Our commission rates are very competitive and can be tailored to your needs
Property Management - The more units we manage for an owner the lower the monthly fee per property.
Overall -- you should know that everything is handled case by case. Call us and find out more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial conversation. A quick phone call helps us get down to the bottom of what you need.
We are available via phone, text or email -- and make communication our top priority.
After the initial discovery call, we usually set up a time to meet and discuss needs further. This meeting can be at the office, at the property or even for coffee!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A B.S in Housing and Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia. An emphasis in education was placed in Residential Property Management.
Real Estate education with hours of continuing education every year.
