I have used ATL stump Grinding two times. The first time he was great. But the second time, not so much. I had a large tree stump that I needed to be removed. He came out and did the job - or so I thought. That was November. My landscapers came in January only to discover there’s still a nice portion of the stump in place. I reached out to him, explained that he hadn’t removed all the stump, and asked him to come out and rectify it. I have not received any response. It’s inconvenient that the stump is still in place. It’s unprofessional that he hasn’t responded. Im only writing the negative review because of his non-responsiveness.
1. I won’t be using him again 2. Next time, I’ll be sure to confirm that the stump is actually completely gone. 3. I don’t recommend him at all.
