I’m not writing this to bash the business but to save someone from spending their hard earned money.
I wanted to take a chance on this business based on how initially professional the owner seemed and the ideas and deals I thought I was getting but it all went down hill. As I try to be patient and avoid court for my refund, I decided to just try to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. This should not have been 30 day job.
Unorganized- you get asked to make payments to multiple people using multiple methods to family and friends. You have to keep sending daily reminders of what needs to be completed.
Skills- There is not a real or strong team in place. Owner doesn’t know his team member names and brings in strangers to complete projects he does not know how to do. The owner does not have the skill level or time management to complete projects . The remaining projects were not started on or not completed properly.
Bathroom vanity not installed properly, mirrors never installed. 2 nd bathroom vanity never returned to me. Kitchen cabinets were not sanded and painted after 30 days. I currently have No kitchen light, was told it was a wiring issue but found broken pieces. I have no front landscaping, just large holes in front yard. No kitchen cabinet doors because it was never done. I have tree remains left in the backyard that was supposed to be removed. All of this was paid for upfront and I have yet to receive refund for unfinished projects. It was just discovered that friends and family are the ones writing the reviews on other pages.
