I apologized to you and you acted with an arrogant character, that is not the way to treat a person or a mistake, anyone makes it, I think that even you made a mistake at some point in your life. Had an 11am appointment for an estimate, showed up at 9am. Woke everyone up. Can't follow instructions on the estimate stage, what would he be like if hired?
