We could not be more pleased with the work done by 1 Simple Solution. They have cleaned our sofa and large area rug twice before and did a fantastic job both times, but this third visit was especially stellar. We have an 18-year-old cat with incontinence issues whose accidents have recently become much more frequent to the point where I thought our rug and sofa were beyond saving. Jules at 1 Simple Solution rescued us from a costly replacement of both the sofa and area rug! We are very grateful.

Working with 1 Simple Solution was an excellent experience. It was a seamless experience booking our appointment and we appreciated that our photos were reviewed prior to our appointment to highlight some issues we had with our carpet. Our appointment started on time and we appreciated the time that was taken to explain what our issues were and what he was going to do to address them. The carpet cleaning itself was excellent. Overall, a wonderful experience and we certainly will be reaching out to them again when we need carpet cleaning  services in the future!
