The service that we received by Complete Carpet Care from, pricing to cleaning, was exceptional and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Mark and his crew are extremely professional, efficient, very knowledgeable and courteous. They did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and stain guarding several pieces of furniture for an unbelievable price under his seasonal promotion.

In the past, we have always gone with the big name companies for our carpet cleaning needs but this time we decided to try a smaller local business. From the first contact we had with this company, everything went smoothly. They actually clean carpets on Saturdays !! This may not seem like a big deal but it was to us. They were on time. They were professional yet personable. They were very skilled and knowledgeable about their trade. We have three cats, enough said -- and my carpets look and feel and smell brand new again!! So, so happy with Complete Carpet Care. We will definitely use this company again. :)

Mark and Tiger provided the BEST carpet cleaning we’ve ever had. They were very thorough and explained the process along the way. They even managed to lift stains that other carpet cleaners had repeatedly left behind. The house smelled amazing after the cleaning was done, and the carpet looked immaculate. They are definitely our new bi-monthly carpet cleaners.

Complete Carpet Care did an excellent job in cleaning 5 rooms and even included the Pet Treatment. Not sure what their formula is...but it made a huge difference to my heavily soiled carpet. Thanks.
