They arrived on time. Did a very good job especially in the kids room. I sure would use them next time for carpetcleaning but for area rugs I will go for someone who specializes in that.

Patrice was fantastic to work with. I had some serious pet stains and I cant believe how well they got them out. I will I had taken before photos. Scheduling was easy, her carpetcleaning service was fantastic, and we had a minor issue along the way that she resolved fully and graciously. I would definitely use her service again and recommend her to anyone looking.

Arrived on time, finished project quickly and efficiently. Very professional -- my very dirty carpet looks great! Highly recommend. My only issue was the smell of the cleaning solution. I am very sensitive to smells and the sanitizing liquid had a strong odor but was gone in 24 hours.

The solution was strong because you sent me a picture of a black carpet you wanted white again so a heavy amount of solution was necessary to remove that black stains you had all over your carpet. Apologize for the smell but we are glad to remove the black stains and germs from your carpet.

We recently completed a 4 bedroom 1,600 sq ft apartment, heavily soiled with pet stains. Job took 1 hour and carpet was restored!
