I highly recommend this contractor! I truly appreciate the attention to detail, the communication throughout the entire process, and the quality of their work. They were also extremely punctual, showing up on time, as scheduled, each day. I have worked with Steven for over 10 years. I have personal and rental properties. Steven has helped us with everything from landscaping, painting, lvp/hardwood floors, cabinets, fixtures and everything in between. The latest project was removing glued down wood floors and installing 3/4 inch oak floors. He also painted the entire house including walls, ceilings, and trim. He makes all efforts to keep the cost down and finish on time. He also painted our old kitchen cabinets making them look better than new. He tiled in the bathrooms and installed new cabinets. We were very pleased to have the entire house rehabbed by April 1 for putting it on the market. I would highly recommend him.
