I highly recommend this contractor! I truly appreciate the attention to detail, the communication throughout the entire process, and the quality of their work. I have worked with Steven for over 10 years. I have personal and rental properties. Steven has helped us with everything from landscaping, painting, lvp/hardwood floors, cabinets, fixtures and everything in between. The latest project was removing glued down wood floors and installing 3/4 inch oak floors. He also painted the entire house including walls, ceilings, and trim. He makes all efforts to keep the cost down and finish on time. He also painted our old kitchen cabinets making them look better than new. He tiled in the bathrooms and installed new cabinets. We were very pleased to have the entire house rehabbed by April 1 for putting it on the market. I would highly recommend him.

I used Alan and his team on two separate occasions last year to do renovation work in my basement. The first job was to replace and paint the wall in the bedroom after a water damage, and the second time to replace the flooring in the living room, also due to water damage. They were punctual, neat, professional, and cleaned up after finishing both jobs. I highly recommend them.
