Our firm RSZ Design + Development will not hire Moor Power for any future projects. Although Mr. Weaver is very friendly & likable as a person, professionally he lacks commitment & reliability. When hired we were very clear in advance that the project was in Clermont (for Mr. Weaver 2 hours away). His Thumbtack service area included Clermont but we still emphasized that we had a VERY tight timeline of completion on this project. We were assured that it would be done. Moor Power kept on saying they were showing up and at the last minute would cancel. He would always communicate but the project needed to get done. Hiring Moor Power delayed our project by 3 weeks, and when a new contractor was hired, he advised us of several things that Moor Power said had been completed and they were not. Wanting to expand your business is important, but not by taking on more than can be handled; especially at the expense of others.
