- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When possible, I prefer a flat rate pricing system so the Customer understands what they are paying for the total job. The best way to obtain a accurate estimate is to give me a call and discuss the details. I advertise locally so I do not have to bid really high to cover travel and gas fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will provide a free estimate after discussing the details of the project. When the quote is excepted I will schedule an appointment and complete the project in a professional and timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a non-restricted state licensed and insured electrician in GA and have 18 years of experience. I complete continued education courses regularly to keep my state license active. I have trained at Southern Polytechnic University. I also have taken courses in photovoltaic systems(Solar Power) from Mike Holt Enterprises, and I have many certifications in Lutron systems. I am currently enrolled at West GA Technical College for Engineering Technology.
