the team was awesome, and very polite and professional. They really tried their best to do a good job - when a team member is in theirs hands and knee with a scrubbing brush you it’s good stuff....I appreciate the care they took with my floors and how they tried everything to try to get it cleaned and remove paint stains. The responsiveness that I received to schedule an appointment was phenomenal. When they arrived they were wearing masks and kept them on the entire time, which I truly appreciated. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on extensive and on going market rates that include travel time, materials used and effort of job. Same day cleans are available but require a $25 fee upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get as much detail about the job needed. This way we can move the number quicker from an estimate to an actual quote. The more information we have the more prepared we are for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
6 years experience of both commercial and residential cleaning. Coupled with over 20 years of business management and customer service.
