Balance in life isn't about achieving and maintaining unrealistic perfection. It's about finding sustainable ways to manage everything you need to do, with everything that you want to do, in order to create a life that truly supports you.
Here’s a little about me. My name is Brittany Stewart, and I am a Certified Master Life/Leadership Coach and Anger Management Specialist. I assist clients that desire to develop new perspectives, build confidence, reprioritize, set goals, and focus on personal development in order to create balance and achieve their desired outcome.
I also coach couples that desire strengthening in the areas of communication, trust, conflict resolution, and intimacy.
Wearing various hats in our day to day lives can be a balancing act and most of the time it becomes quite overwhelming. Sometimes we just need a little support and direction to help us maximize our full potential. I’ve seen beautiful transformations occur when my clients connect newfound perspectives with what they truly desire.
