Michael called very quick and came to my residence within an hour to check on a unit replacement that I was told I needed. Not only was his original quote 1/2 the comp price, he found the issue was just a simple fix and I didn't need a new unit! Fixed the problem in an hour! Thank you so much for your help on a weekend!
