- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive with all licensed moving companies in the metro Atlanta area. We are not the cheapest because we invest in the best movers and products, but our prices are affordable and we'll worth the cost to assure our customers have a stress free and damage free move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My number one goal is to communicate every aspect of their move and to make sure that the customer and our movers have a firm plan which will save them both time and money. The biggest mistake that a moving company can make with potential customers is to not gather the appropriate information needed to relay to their moving crews.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member of the Georgia Movers Association.By being a member of this organization, we are constantly provided all the rules and laws for Licensed Georgia Moving Companies.
