- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on time, travel distance, and special services. Stairs, disassembly, packing items, long carries, and unusually heavy or fragile items cost extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact, we collect information about where you’re moving from/to, what you have and discuss any junk removal needs. We do a walkthrough in person or virtually, provide the quote and get you scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in proper lifting techniques to avoid damages to your items and injuries to our crew. We use proper tools and equipment, like dolly straps, furniture, pads, blankets, and protective wrap
