- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my rates simple and the lowest in GA Regular Rate: 2 Man: 75/hr 3 Man: 110/hr 4 Man: $145/hr Same day rate: Extra $10/Hr Moving Help only: * 2hr minimum: $175 * $50 deposit (goes towards your final invoice) Move with truck: * 2hr minimum W/ Truck: $200 * $75 Truck fee deposit (goes towards your final invoice) * Truck cost depends on; Mileage, size (10,15,20,26ft), Gas) Location Fees: Per Location 1. 3rd floor apartments with no elevator: $25 (after 3rd floor each flight $25) 2. 3 story Homes: $25 Extra Services: 1. Assemblies: minimum $150 ($125 If you book with moving service) 2. TV Mount: $150 2 TV (Under 60 Inches). $100 each for 65 and up 3. Junk Removal: Depends on size trash - minimum $200
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer books with me, I first ask a few quick questions about what they need moved, how many boxes/furniture items they have, and if there are any heavy/special items. This helps me give an honest, accurate quote up front. On moving day, we show up on time, work fast, and handle every item with care. I focus on efficiency so we’re not wasting your hours, and I keep you updated throughout the job so everything goes smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from real experience — completing over 100+ moves across Metro Atlanta. I’ve dealt with heavy furniture, fragile items, tight staircases, and everything in between. That hands-on experience taught me how to move items safely, load trucks properly, and manage time efficiently so customers get the best value.
