Awful customer service. She made several arrangements to pick up my furniture all of which fell through. The first she informed she had a nail in her tire and couldn’t make it. Second, she totally made no attempt on the arranged date and when I followed up with her she said she was at church. She also provided terrible places to buy fabric for a sofa. All of the places were craft stores as opposed to places that had quality fabric for furniture reupholstery. She was such a waste of time over a month. Luckily, I found a pro that was much cheaper than her and did an excellent job. If anyone is looking his name is Isaac and has nothing but 5 start reviews and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I had a chair seat that needed a new base. The particle board base it was attached to wouldn’t hold screws anymore. The team at Quality Upholstery cut a solid wood base and reupholstered the chair seat. It’s as good as new! The work was completed within a tight time frame and I’m looking forward to getting two more pieces reupholstered with Quality Upholstery.

We Did not get a chance to work together but she did all she could to try to help me. But I wanted was outside of her area of expertise and she offered to try to help me but ultimately I went to a company that could do what I wanted. But she was very nice and very patient and tried her best to be helpful.

Cynthia and Javar did a great job on our chairs. They also offered pick up and delivery which was a big help. We provided our own material. We were happy with the price for the project and the kindness/communication they put forth from the start. We’ll be keeping them in mind for future projects!
