- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have maintain the same pricing for over 5 years. Our pricing matches our quality of work that is performed in your home from inspection, setting up, taking necessary precautions to protect your property, steps of cleaning, final inspection and customer follow up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building a relationship and fact finding. I want to know what’s most important to the customer. Everyone’s needs and expectations are different.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend IICRC courses for continuous education and industry changes. When attending courses hands on training is performed.
