- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am somewhat flexible about pricing. For example, if asked to tutor 2x a week, I will usually reduce hourly price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am flexible and open and try to work around schedules, if possible. I will answer any and all professional questions that are linked to the learning issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly researching my reading and writing field and am abreast of latest Common Core requirements and its impact on state testing standards.
