Contacting the customer to identify the problem. Scheduling an initial visit to make an assessment of the required part if necessary. Provide service and repair. Provide 90 days warranty on labor Follow the following day after repair to ensure the completion of the repair. Ask for reviews.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have high engineering education and experience to work with appliances. My goal not just to fix a symptoms nut also find what causes the problem and fix it I am specializing in control board repair and restoration on parts that could be no longer available to save my customer money of repair.
