- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Canine & Co., we value the effectiveness of our training. Our pricing includes a personalized in-home training program, homework assignments to ensure you and your dog stay on track, and an understanding that you can reach out to our trainer anytime throughout the training process with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, the first step is to listen to their needs and concerns and decide which option is the best training option for their dog, usually over the phone. If behavior modification is necessary, the first meeting will include a behavior consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been helping people and their dogs live happier lives together since 2013. I have apprenticed under a second generation dog trainer with over 30 years of experience and trainers who have studied and obtained certificates from Victoria Stilwell's program. I am a member of the Association for Professional Dog Trainers, an AKC Certified S.T.A.R. Puppy & Canine Good Citizen Instructor & Evaluator, and I will be a licensed Certified Professional Dog Trainer- Knowledge Assessed dog trainer as of September of 2018.
