Aicir showed up a few minutes early, and gave me exact estimates for the work. He then also accompanied me to Lowes to look for the closest matching wood\material and helped get the supplemental supplies.

This was intense labor, but they finished it the same day by working late into the night. Not only they fixed the wood floor but also the door seals that had caused the leakage\damage in the first place.

I am super please with the final work and can't recommend Coolman enough for their prompt and quality service.

The technicians were superb! They were on time, courteous and I explained the repair project to them. They went and purchased the needed supplies, came back and was finished in an hour and a half. I highly recommend Coolman services for all of your small carpentry or repair type needs.!! Great job guys;)
