Nihad did Basement Tile Shower, Travertine Bathroom, and about 1000 sqft of hardwood floors
Nihad was not the cheapest and not the most expensive, and for good reason, he is good. At 1st, I was concerned as we got delayed and then it was slow going at the start, but his attention to detail and quality was exceptional. Nihad did the Bathroom adn his hardwood guys came in and did all the floors in one day..great job as well. Many times Nihad would be explaining to me potential issues, which I translated into him trying to hustle me. However, over the days, I began to understand that this was him making me aware and attempting to get feedback to how important it is to fix it or if the work around he will take is acceptable (their is no perfection in construction work). This type of communication made the experience invaluable. I was so grateful that I gave him a couple of hundred for the quality and extra time he took...he did not ask for it. Price quoted was the price paid...so honestly in quote as well.
