- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To come to your home or business and explain the installation from the placement of the TV to running the wires and cutting holes in the wall. I want the customer to know exactly what I'm doing and feel comfortable with it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of residential and commercial experience with cable. I've worked for various different companies DirectTV, Charter, Time Warner. I also have my associates degree in Electronic Systems Tech from Lincoln College of Technology
