- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is dependent on the subject property's sq. footage and frequency of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive at the customers premises and conduct a walk-through with the owner. We then sit with the owner and work out cleaning preferences (green cleaning or regular cleaning; cleaning schedule}. Then its on to pricing. The more frequent we clean the lower our pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train our staff thoroughly on cleaning procedures before sending them out to the field.
