We just finished renovating our house with new tile, paint and flooring, so wanted to have a deep clean before settling into the house. We are grateful to have Thumbtack, to get quotes from numerous housekeepers and see their reviews. Marcelo’s profile stood out to me because of his great reviews and how quickly he messaged me. Since we haven’t had anyone clean for us before, we weren’t sure what to expect or if we needed to provide cleaning supplies. Marcelo was nice and patient in answering my many questions, as I didn’t want to surprise him with extra rooms to clean or be too demanding. He came out today with two other people helping him and did an amazing job. He’s very nice, professional, efficient and took care of everything we were hoping to have cleaned. It was a great experience and we hope to have him come back once we get the furniture out of the basement.

Marcelo and his team did an excellent job deep cleaning our home prior to putting it on the market. They came right on time and finished within the quoted duration, exceeding our expectations. I posted my need for a cleaning service on a Sunday evening. Marcelo responded within the hour and I texted him my need to have my house cleaned prior to a family wedding the following weekend. Marcelo, his wife Rosie and Adriana came to my home Thursday morning and did an exceptional job. From ceiling fans, bathrooms and everything in between, they were thorough, friendly and pleasure to do business with. I can't wait to have them back on a monthly basis.

It has been my experience that I obtain new customers due to references. Upon agreement of service we begin to work for clients according to the agreed schedule and pricing.
