- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Painter1 we use the best products from Sherwin Williams. We are part of a national franchise and able to obtain very favorable pricing for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a scheduled site visit and project review to make sure we fully understand your needs and expectations. A proposal is prepared for your review and answer any questions or clarifications. After you accept the proposal, we schedule the work and conduct a thorough walk through with our team and customer before work begins to make sure we are all on the same page. After work is complete, we walk through again and create a punch list if necessary. Our goal is to always meet or exceed your expectations!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience in the Property Management Industry. I was responsible for property operations, acquiring assets, repositioning them through strategic upgrades and bringing tired properties back to life. I acquired my own painting franchise and now bring this same level of experience to my clients and enjoy seeing a renewed pride of ownership for them after making improvements to the property that matters most!
