Introduction: Transform, LLC is all about coaching leaders and organizations to become more transformational. We do this by: - Evaluating your personal and organizational strengths, struggles, and opportunities - Coaching in leadership and life skills - Utilizing powerful personality profiles and 360 tools - Facilitating you and your team to develop a strategic plan to be what God uniquely wants you to be - Helping you clarify your organization from the board to the staff and other teams This can include implementing of policy governance or what we call "policy-partnership" governance, whichever fits you best. - Team building with your board and staff, utilizing powerful personality profiles - Surveying your organization and leadership - Helping you implement "life-on-life" discipleship that emulates what Jesus did to make and train disciples who will do the same in the lives of others. - Equipping you to shepherd and coach your leaders on an ongoing basis so you will be developing new leaders and caring for existing ones so that they will be energized and effective in their critical roles in the church. - Teaching you to accomplish your mission as you build deep relationships.
